Digital software purchases
Music Master is downloadable digital software delivered through a license key sent to the email address provided during purchase. The key is used to activate the Full version from within the application.
Refund eligibility and processing
Refund rights and eligibility are determined in accordance with the consumer-protection laws applicable in the purchaser’s country and the terms and refund procedures of the payment provider or Merchant of Record selected at checkout.
The payment provider that processed the order may review and process a refund under its own policies. Customers should use the provider’s order receipt or purchase-support channel when it directs them to do so. Midnordic can assist with identifying the appropriate contact and with product or activation issues.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Before requesting a refund
If Music Master cannot be downloaded, installed, or activated, contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Requesting technical assistance does not affect any statutory rights or applicable provider deadlines.
