The Application includes a Free tier with limited features and a Full tier that requires a valid purchase and license activation. Some features may be available only on supported platforms or may require internet access or third-party services. 3. Restrictions You agree not to, and will not permit others to: License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party. Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application, except where permitted by applicable law. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, including copyright or trademark notices, of the Company or its affiliates, partners, and licensors. 4. Purchases and Licensing The Application may offer purchases for Full access and additional content through authorized payment providers. Purchases are subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and refund policies. A purchase may require a valid email address, license activation, and occasional online validation. If a purchase is refunded, revoked, canceled, or found to be invalid, the related access may be removed. The Application may return to the Free tier when a Full license is no longer valid. 5. Use of User-Provided Content The Application allows you to import, use, record, and transmit your own audio and other content. The Company assumes no responsibility for infringement or misuse resulting from imported or user-provided material. 6. The Company does not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements, remain available, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 10.
